5-star reputation
on
autopilot.

Your next customer reads 9 reviews before they call. We turn every happy customer into a 5-star review, and intercept bad ones before they go public. Reviews are the new Yellow Pages.

Why your reviews aren't growing.

Most contractors do great work and end up with 12 Google reviews from 2019. The gap between the work and the reviews is the gap costing you jobs.

P.01 · Ask Rate Silent

You're not asking.

70% of happy customers will leave a review if asked. 3% leave one unprompted. If you're not asking every customer, every job, in a way they'll actually follow through on, you're leaving your reputation to chance.

P.02 · Friction Clunky

Your ask is too much work.

Asking someone to 'go to Google, search for our business, click reviews, click leave a review' is 5 steps. Most people drop off by step 2. The right ask is a single tap in a text message that opens directly to the review form.

P.03 · Bad Reviews Public

Bad reviews go straight public.

When a customer is unhappy, they go straight to Google or Yelp and vent. By the time you see it, it's been live for 48 hours. A proper reputation system intercepts unhappy customers BEFORE they post publicly, gives them a private channel to vent, and resolves the issue.

P.04 · Platforms Missed

You're only on Google.

Google is the biggest, but Yelp drives jobs in some cities, Facebook drives them in others, Nextdoor dominates specific demographics, and Houzz matters for high-end remodels. Reputation works when it's everywhere your customers look.

The reputation build, top to bottom.

Every reputation engagement ships with automated review asks, real-time alerts, response templates, and a dashboard across every platform that matters.

01Automation

Automated review requests.

Every completed job triggers a review request. By text (not email). Single tap to the review form. Personalized. Sent at the right time. Friction is minimized. Conversion is maximized.

  • SMS-first review requests
  • One-tap deep link to review form
  • Personalized by customer + technician
  • Timed for 24-48 hours post-job
02Interception

Bad review interception.

Unhappy customers get a private feedback channel before they ever see the public review button. They vent to you, you fix it, the public review never gets posted. This is the single biggest reputation lever.

  • Private feedback filter on low ratings
  • Direct escalation to you
  • Public review link only shown for 4-5 star feedback
  • Issue resolution workflow
03Response

Every review responded to.

Response templates for every review scenario: 5-star glowing, 5-star brief, 3-star fair, 1-star angry. Every review responded to within 24 hours. This alone ranks you in Google's map pack higher.

  • Response templates for every scenario
  • 24-hour SLA on all reviews
  • Personalized to the specific feedback
  • Objection-closing language in every response
04Coverage

Every platform, not just Google.

Google, Yelp, Facebook, Nextdoor, Houzz, BBB, Angi, HomeAdvisor. We monitor them all, respond on all, and funnel customers toward the platforms that move the needle most for your business.

  • 6+ platforms monitored
  • Unified dashboard across all
  • Strategic routing by customer type
  • Platform-specific optimization
05Alerts

Real-time negative alerts.

Any review under 4 stars triggers an immediate alert to you. SMS + email. You can respond or escalate within minutes, not 48 hours later when the damage is done.

  • SMS alerts on reviews under 4 stars
  • Immediate escalation workflow
  • Crisis protocol for legal-risk reviews
  • Photo + video evidence capture
06Reporting

Competitor benchmarking.

Quarterly reputation report: your reviews, your average rating, your response rate, and how you compare to the top 3 competitors in your city. You see where you lead and where you need to push.

  • Quarterly reputation benchmark report
  • Competitor review count + rating tracked
  • Review velocity comparison

What Your Customer Reads
9reviews

Before your next customer picks up the phone, they read 9 reviews on average. That's not a number to inflate, it's a reality to plan for. Your reputation is being audited in real time by every potential customer. The question is whether it's selling for you or selling against you.

Questions about Reputation Management.

Q.01Can you delete bad reviews?

No, and be suspicious of anyone who says they can. Google, Yelp, and Facebook only remove reviews that violate their terms (fake, off-topic, abusive). What we do is prevent bad reviews from being posted in the first place, respond well to the ones that do get through, and outpace them with volume.

Q.02Is this legal? Intercepting bad reviews?

Yes. Giving customers a private feedback channel before they post publicly is standard practice and fully compliant with every platform's terms. We're not filtering out negative feedback, we're giving you a chance to resolve issues before they become public.

Q.03What platforms do you cover?

Google, Yelp, Facebook, Nextdoor, Houzz, BBB, Angi, HomeAdvisor at minimum. We can add any platform your customers use. Google is always the highest priority because it drives the most local search volume.

Q.04Do I need to respond to reviews myself?

No. We handle responses within 24 hours using pre-approved templates customized to the specific review. You see every response before it goes out in the first 30 days, then on monthly review after that if you want to stay in the loop.

Q.05What about fake reviews from competitors?

We monitor for them and submit removal requests with evidence when detected. Most fake reviews violate Google's terms and can be removed with proper documentation. We handle the process.
